Welcome to CleanPix Support
Please take a brief moment to review the following if you are having trouble downloading from CleanPix.
1. I clicked the [Download Now] button, but nothing happened.
Many modern browsers automatically download files to a default directory for you. Because of this, sometimes it can be hard to tell if a download was successful, even if the download worked.
Try manually setting the download location:
Using SAFARI
a). Right click (PC) or control click (Mac) with your mouse on the [Download Now] button. You should see a menu pop up.
b). Select "Download Linked File"
c). A new window will show up where you can chose the file name and location to save your download.
Using INTERNET EXPLORER
a). Right click with your mouse on the [Download Now] button. You should see a menu pop up.
b). Select "Save Target As"
c). A new window will show up where you can chose the file name and location to save your download.
Using FIREFOX
a). Right click (PC) or control click (Mac) with your mouse on the [Download Now] button. You should see a menu pop up.
b). Select "Save Link As"
c). A new window will show up where you can chose the file name and location to save your download.
2. I have a problem using the system, help me.
You can try to check your browser and system settings.

3. I cannot reach CleanPix.com on my computer.
If a message like "the connection was refused..." appears, the network may be down, somewhere between you and CleanPix. Try a bit later, or call us to confirm.
4. I need a different selection of assets.
Please contact the CleanPix member company directly. You can find the contact for that company or organization via the SEARCH navigation button.
