Group Download support now enabled for all accounts at no additional cost!
To get started, simply sign in to your account as an administrator, select any number of assets from your gallery or asset stream and select Group download from the [Group actions…] drop-down menu.
Group downloads basic - (Included!
Available to administrators signed into their CleanPix account and available to anyone with an approved media request, this tool makes it easy to access and download multiple assets with a single click!
Group downloads enhanced - ($0.03/GB)
Under the basic tier, group downloads by the public are limited to those who have access to an approved media request. If you’re looking to provide immediate access to all files in a gallery via Instant Access (using the Deliver button) or to any assets linked in an Open Gallery (requiring no moderation), please contact us to enable enhanced group download support for your account.
Only content downloaded via the group download action will be metered at $0.03/GB and will be invoiced monthly. All other forms of content delivery, downloads on demand and individual access to your assets will continue to be included with your subscription at no additional cost.
